DE Bios: Paula Guran
Among other things Paula Guran edits and publishes Wetbones,
a magazine of cutting edge dark fiction; edits and writes DarkEcho,
a weekly electronic newsletter for horror writers and avid fans
(email darkecho@aol.com to subscribe),
moderates a horror writers workshop, and maintains DarkEcho's Horror Web
(http://www.darkecho.com). Guran works on
a variety of projects with John Shirley, including maintaining his website
(http://www.darkecho.com/JohnShirley.html). She knows a lot of perverts and
writers (usually one and the same and many of them attendees of DE '97) but
generally follows a policy of discretion.
