CPAOD Bios: Arkoff Kapacitor
Arkoff Kapacitor is a mad scientist & sexual deviant who has also been a
locksmith, a spy satellite operator, a gun salesman, a repossessor, &
various other things he refuses to talk about. He is currently consulting
in such diverse areas as special effects, interactive video, high voltage
devices, & computers. When he isn't making someone else rich, he runs
Technical Alchemy; his stage lighting and special effects company. In his
copious amounts of spare time, he plots to take over the world from his
from his secret laboratory somewhere in Colorado.
