CPAOD Bios: Mr. Tibble
Mr. Tibble is Jasmine Sailing's faithless assistant. He consistently
whispers cynical, psychotic, nihilistic, slanderous, and blasphemous,
sweet nothings into her ears... trying to drive her toward publishing
and organizing yet more corruptive things. Some people think he's
really just a tiger, but nobody denies that he bites.
