Jasmine's Xellos Cels

Xellos, aka The Mysterious Priest, is one of those characters who you know is a terrible, to put it mildly, role model... yet it would be difficult to avoid wanting to either be him or be one of his reverent servants. Can I please destroy the world for you, Xellos-sama?

He's cute and quirky, and an altogether secretive, manipulative, and destructive sado-masochist. There's a lot more to him, but I won't say it yet since it heads too much into the spoiler realms. Let us simply say for now that he is very, very, special. And becoming more and more special as those certain others die... Despite all of this, you can't even put it past him to save the world if it suits his purposes.

Xellos also has my second favourite set of eyes in all anime, but they're almost always closed because it makes him look more innocent. Or more friendly. This made it quite a struggle to find eyeball cels, and I would love to come up with more than I have. *sniffles pathetically*

Comments: Xellos in drag! Okay, so you can't see much of the dress... but this is the cutest Xellos cel I have ever seen! Xellos looking shy and demure? Wow! My eternal gratitude goes to Rain for letting me get my hands on this cel. Love it, love it, LOVE it. This is the biggest wish list cel I have ever managed to buy. This is, of course, from the episode when the gang goes to an Amazon village and the three boys need to be girls for a while. Xellos assumes the role far more easily than the others: he's sometimes adorable, sometimes sexy, and always very much a woman. At this precise moment he is saying "Well done! What a wonderful combination!" to Lina and Gourry for tackling a Mazoku with Hikari no Ken and Elmekia Lance. And I will never be able to stop swooning over his extreme cuteness in doing so. ;)

Of course it's remarkably difficult, no matter the strength of the one pounding him, to ever get more than a "sore wa himitsu desu" out of this self-acclaimed "mysterious priest". SPOILER! This is right after Xellos lost a large chunk of his body to Gaav, and a split second before he gives his response then disappears. Sketch

I had fits and terrible nightmares over wanting this cel, and was in a lousy mood for a long while when I thought I'd lost it. Stats: 1 layer, A9 Sketches: one matching, unstuck Comments: Xellos is crawling away with Galabella after Lina strangled him for taking the very special bow. He pointed out that it wasn't the best time for strangulation, since a gate was opening and allowing the greatest Mazoku lord of another universe to descend right on top of them. She promised to strangle him more later, and he cheerfully looked forward to it.
	Series: Slayers Character: Xellos Episode #: Next 13: Impending Fall! The Moment of Ambition's Defeat! Stats: 1 layer, A9 KEY END Sketches: 2 matching, unstuck Comments: A cute protesting Xellos, trying to explain to Prince Phil that his precious daughter Amelia is fighting Mazoku up on the floating chunk of land above Seiruun. This is when Phil almost overheard him saying it would cause trouble for him if they couldn't handle the situation, so Xellos needed to quickly act nonchalant. The cel is only one layer, but the sketches were drawn in two parts. Body on one, head on the other. I used to have an earlier cel from the sequence that also matched the body sketch, but that one will now reside at xelloss.com
