And now for the two, IMO, best-looking characters of the series. Though, as a result, I can't seem to afford much in the way of good cels of them. ={ (I do love my top Milliard of course!)
Zechs is one of the biggest nuts of the story, so naturally I adore him. He manages to be even more extreme than Treize in fighting for his ideals, at least later in the series. He and Heero are the only pilots who seem capable of handling the latest Gundam models, Epyon and Wing Zero, which I personally think stems from their pre-existing lack of sanity.
Noin mostly seems to follow Zechs more than define herself as a character, but she does on occasion stand up to him if he seems wrong. Her admiration is strong, though, and I think she would inevitably follow him into the sun if he decided it was a good idea to go there. On her own she's a tough woman, and definitely more mentally balanced than Lady Une or Relena (there's something in those Peacecraft genes!). She even helps Relena for quite a while, which is something I could've lived without seeing but I'll console myself in believing that, too, was for Zechs.
Up next: A cockpit Noin, a masked Zechs, plus kind of a cel of both.
Episode #: 21: Quatre's Sorrow
Stats: 1 layer, B7 KEY Sketches: 1 matching, stuck Comments: Milliard Peacecraft approaches Barge, in Tallgeese, as a goodwill ambassador from Earth (sure, we all believe this). As he determines how to not altogether peacefully navigate his way through the mobile dolls, he is surprised by Heero and Trowa attacking him in Mercurius and Vayeate. This is pretty much right when they first attack and he first reacts, a bit of a mid-swerve into the brawl cel. |

Episode #: ?
Stats: 2 layers, unstuck, B7 KEY/C7 Sketches: 1 matching (B7 all but mouth), unstuck Comments: The lovely Noin in a rather spiffy uniform. I should know from the uniform when this happens, but I'm pretty tired and braindead this week. More info later! |
