Isn't Yue a nice-looking beast? Kero is, as well! As the two Guardians of the cards appointed by Clow Reed, Keroberos is The Appointer and Yue is The Judge. It is up to them to find, test, and deem the worthiness of card captors. Hrm. Something about those last two words looks unintentionally frightening. Sorry about that.

Comments: Yet another cel to be rescanned. One side is darker than the other from fitting two scans together. Urk. This might not be from the above listed episode. In Yue's early episodes I saw two cels that looked like this, and looked over-sized. But the over-sizing of the cel is movie-sized. *sigh* Hopefully I'll rewatch the movies, so I can check for this one and Eriol.

Comments: (Previously mis-Ided.) After catching Li and Sakura on the verge of eating cake without him, Kero-chan has a fit and claims the biggest piece for himself. Li calls him greedy which, as you can see here, doesn't go over well. They wind up in a brawl.

Comments: A lovely movie cel of Yue. Here he's aiming for a powerful shot at the Hope card, while they are in the amusement park toward the end. He was flustered that Sakura's attempts at conversing with the card weren't working, likely because he knew what the cost would be for her to seal Hope.

Comments: I grabbed this thinking I needed a full Yue, failing to realise I have one in the cel of him and Kero that I keep failing to put up. Hrm. But I didn't have a full Yue with his wings spread quite like this! ;)
